The Weeknd has said he won’t cut his current tour short amid recent health problems.
The R&B musician, also known as Abel Tesfaye, has been suffering from recurring vocal, aural and respiratory troubles – but has vowed to keep going with his upcoming tour schedule.
Speaking during his performance at Terminal 5 last night, the singer said:
“I don’t know if y’all know my condition right now, but my doctor tried to make me quite this year early. But I looked him in the eyes and said ‘F**K THAT!’”
Tesfaye recently had to cut short his set at Austin City Limits due to such issues.
You can listen to his new track, ‘Enemy’, here.
