Watford folk siblings The Staves have announced that their new record is being made with Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon.
According to posts on the band’s Facebook and Twitter accounts, the 32-year old Wisconsin-born Vernon – who the band affectionally describe as an “assclown” – is taking production duties on the band’s second album, the follow up to 2012′s Dead & Born & Grown.
The band have previously toured with Bon Iver. No release date for the album has been revealed yet.
