The Smile unveil new cut "Thin Thing"
Thom Yorke, Jonny Greenwood and Tom Skinner have released new cut "Thin Thing" as the sixth preview of their debut album as The Smile, A Light For Attracting Attention.
"Thin Thing" is accompanied by a Cristóbal León and Joaquín Cociña-directed stop-motion animated video that took the directors six months to make, and follows The Smile's April single "Free in the Knowledge".
A Light For Attracting Attention is produced and mixed by Nigel Godrich, and mastered by Bob Ludwig. It'll also feature previous outings "Pana-vision", "Skrting On The Surface", "The Smoke" and "You Will Never Work In Television Again", and will include contributions from the London Contemporary Orchestra, Bryon Wallen, Theon and Nathaniel Cross, Chelsea Carmichael, Robert Stillman and Jason Yarde.
