Gearing up to release their debut self-titled album in June, The Silver Lake Chorus have premiered a track written for them by Wayne Coyne and Steven Drozd of The Flaming Lips.
Heavenly soaring vocals and resounding orchestral chords flood through the euphoric "Heavy Star Movin'". The track might lack the weight of its title, continuously soaring as it does, but it lacks none of the glimmer or sparkle.
Featuring songs written by Sia, Tegan and Sara, The New Pornographers, Ben Gibbard (Death Cab for Cutie), and Justin Vernon (Bon Iver), amongst others, The Silver Lake Chorus release their self-titled debut on 16 June.
