The Parrots announce debut record Los Niños Sin Miedo, share new song "Jame Gumb"
The Parrots have announced Los Niños Sin Miedo, their debut album, and shared lead single "Jame Gumb".
The album's title translated to English means 'Children Without Fear' - it was recorded in Cádiz last September at the studio of famed Spanish sound engineer Paco Loco.
The band's Diego Garcia says of his invovement: “Paco has these crazy ideas, like, ‘I think you guys need a solo here,’” explains Diego. “So I get my guitar, I drink, I smoke, I start playing and Paco says, ‘Oh this is amazing!’ You think it’s too crazy but he says, ‘If you heard this from John Cale you’d think it was amazing! You are an artist too!’ He gets completely involved.”
Los Niños Sin Miedo is out 26 August via Heavenly.
