The Night Café postpone UK tour due to "physical and mental health issues"
The Night Café have postponed their forthcoming UK tour to deal with "physical and mental health issues".
Liverpool's The Night Café were due to embark on their UK headline tour on 21 September in Dublin following the release of their debut album 0151 last month.
Sharing a statement on Twitter, The Night Café revealed that they will be postponing their tour, "We have had a long year of trying to get to the bottom of this problem but we just aren't quite there yet. Sean has been having a lot of both physical and mental health issues for the past 17 months. They were manageable at first, but they have worsened since this last January. We are still awaiting results after numerous tests, but in the meantime his symptoms are not sustainable for a full tour just yet."
After apologising, the group added, "We just want to let you know that we will be writing and recording album two and as much additional music as possible to come back even stronger next year. We just need this time to heal and not worsen matters."
