The Maccabees have shared “Spit It Out”, another track from their forthcoming forth album Marks to Prove It released tomorrow (July 31).
“Spit It Out” follows earlier singles “Something Like Happiness” and title track “Marks to Prove It”.
The track opens with a solemn piano before an influx of strained guitar and drums eventually create a crescendo which provides Orlando Weeks with a fitting backdrop whilst he howls"c'mon/c'mon/it's gonna get easier/from now".
Marks to Prove It is out tomorrow via Fiction - it was our Album Of The Week last week.
