Starslinger
We’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be returning to Stag and Dagger once more to host our very own stage alongside the wonderful folk from Eko London. On Thursday, May 19 we’ll be bringing you sets from Fiction, Beaty Heart, Ghost Eyes, Cloud Boat and TLOBF One To Watch for 2011 Star Slinger – all taking place at the Queen Of Hoxton. Taking over a host of East London’s most established venues, other acts confirmed for the London leg of the festival are fellow TLOBF One’s To Watch Banjo or Freakout and Echo Lake. Plus Christian Aids, D/R/U/G/S, Alexandar Tucker, Gatekeeper and Wire. Check out the full lineup via the Stag and Dagger website. Tickets are priced at £13.50 and are available via WeGotTickets now.

As usual, Stag and Dagger will also hold a Glasgow leg – taking place on May 20. Conquering Animal Sound, Yuck and Warpaint are all confirmed. Again, check the S&D website for further info.
As if that’s not enough to get excited about, this year will see us debut a stage at Brighton’s exquisite the Great Escape. We’ve been chomping at the bit to announce the lineup for this and can finally reveal that on Friday, May 13 we’ll be hosting the much anticipated return of Sons and Daughters whose new album Mirror Mirror will be released via Domino on June 13. Other acts confirmed are Kyla La Grange, Alice Gold and Lucy Swann – who wowed the audience at TLOBF’s recent Ja Ja Ja club night here in London. Head over to The Great Escape website for full lineup details / ticket info.
