The Libertines detail new album Anthems For Doomed Youth
The Libertines, fresh from their rallying return at Glastonbury, have announced a new album called Anthems For Doomed Youth.
Back in December the band signed a high-profile record deal in Thailand, where singer/guitarist Pete Doherty was attending rehab at the time. The album was announced there and then, but it's taken a fair old while for the details to emerge proper - this will be The Libertine's first record in over a decade, following their eponymous 2004 LP.
Anthems For Doomed Youth is out 4 September on Harvest Records.
You can watch their 'surprise' Glastonbury set on the BBC now.
