
The Killers confirm new release date for Imploding The Mirage album
The Killers have finally unveiled the rescheduled release date for their sixth album Imploding The Mirage.
Imploding The Mirage was originally due for release on 29 May, but The Killers put the album on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic.
After previewing their new LP with three singles ("My Own Soul's Warning", "Fire In Bone" and "Caution"), the band have finally confirmed a new release date for their sixth album - 21 August.

Imploding The Mirage will be The Killers' first album since 2017's Wonderful Wonderful, and will feature collaborations with kd lang, Weyes Blood, Adam Granduciel (War On Drugs), Blake Mills, and Lucius.
The new album was recorded between LA, Las Vegas, and Utah, and features production by the band, Shawn Everett, and Foxygen's Jonathan Rado.
Last month, The Killers performed "Land Of The Free" with updated lyrics about George Floyd.
