The Joy Formidable, Stormzy, Craig David's TS5, ESKA, and more to play The Great Escape 2016
The Great Escape has added a huge wave of 150 acts to the 2016 line up, including Welsh rockers The Joy Formidable, explosive MC Stormzy, and the resurgent Craig David.
Other highlights in this wave include Ardyn, Kero Kero Bonito, Eagulls, Meilyr Jones, MONEY, Pixx, John Metcalfe, Porches, NZCA Lines, Tom Misch, Trevor Sensor, Let's Eat Grandma, Highasakite, Girl Friend, Frances, and loads more.
Mercury Prize-nominated South London singer/songwriter ESKA has also been confirmed. Speaking about TGE, she says: “If it's true what they say that The Great Escape is a platform for 'the best of the unheard of' then I'm truly honoured to be in its line-up and look forward to being a punter too.”
For the sixth year running, The Line Of Best Fit will be returning to host a stage at the Great Escape - last year our stage featured HÆLOS, Tei Shi, Sabella, 1987, Cairobi, Aquilo, and Mt. Wolf.

The Great Escape 2016 takes place at a range of venues in Brighton from 19-21 May.
