The Districts announce new record Popular Manipulations
The Districts have announced new record Popular Manipulations and shared a video for the lead single "Ordinary Day".
Colin Kerrigan directs the video for the new single, which follows a masked figure through the band's home city of Philadelphia.
The single originally arrived in February - frontman Robby Grote explained at the time that it "deals with a sort of personal alienation and the realization that you and the world you've existed in have changed. Sort of the feeling of coming through a tunnel and having no way of relating to things in the same way as before. It was written in late summer/early fall and came together quite naturally... personal lives were in flux and we were sitting around Philly losing our minds."
The Districts have lots of live shows planned, including a European run next month - visit their website for full dates.
