
The Charlatans announce new record Different Days
The Charlatans have announced new record Different Days featuring "an array of friends", including Johnny Marr, Anton Newcombe, and Lambchop's Kurt Wagner.
Paul Weller, author Ian Rankin, New Order's Stephen Morris and Gillian Gilbert, The Verve co-founder Pete Salisbury, Factory Floor's Nik Void, Catastrophe actress Sharon Horgan, and A Certain Ratio's Donald Johnson all also appear on The Charlatans' 13th studio record.
Different Days, the follow up to 2015's Modern Nature, was created at The Charlatans' Crewe-based studio.
As well as the new album details, the band have confirmed a pair of acoustic performances - one at The Lowry, Salford, on 26 May, and another at Liverpool Sound City on 28 May.
