The 1975 will perform at the BRIT Awards ceremony
The 1975 are the latest act to be confirmed to perform at the BRIT Awards ceremony next month, having been nominated for two BRITs this year.
The group is set to perform at the BRIT Awards ceremony next month, alongside Little Mix, Jorja Smith and George Ezra.
Matty Healy and co have been nominated for British Album of the Year, and British Group.
Having released their number one album A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships in November 2018, The 1975 are up for British Album of the Year alongside Anne-Marie, Florence + the Machine, George Ezrra, and Jorja Smith.
The 1975 have been nominated for Best British Group for a second time (they won it in 2017), alongside Years & Years, Little Mix, Gorillaz, and Arctic Monkeys.
Next month's ceremony will be their second performance at the BRIT Awards, having taken to the O2 Arena's stage in 2017. Having been invited back, The 1975 said, "We’re humbled to be nominated for two BRIT Awards and are excited to be coming back to The O2 to perform on the night. It will be a brilliant show!"
