The 1975 are "already making the third record"
The 1975 only released their second record at the beginning of this year, but frontman Matty Healy says LP3 is in the works already.
In our latest Longread feature, the Healy reveals: “I'm already making the third record. I was already making it before this one was out. I can't stop... that's just the way I am."
Over the weekend, Healy also spoke about a timeframe for this new material. Billboard report:
"I'm always making an album," frontman Matthew Healy tells Billboard, noting that new music may arrive sometime over the next year. "I'm always confused by the language of bands who are 'going to make a record' or not being able to write on tour. I think that's just something you do - whenever, wherever."
