The 1975 announce intimate UK tour for November
The 1975 have announced a new intimate UK tour for later this year, following a week of speculation over their continued existence.
While it turned out that The 1975 weren't disbanding, rather metamorphosing, it still prompted a massive reaction from their dedicated fanbase. Sticking with the typewritten aesthetic, Matty Healy has written another letter announcing some juicy details.
In the letter, The 1975 say they are beginning "a new chapter", and confirm that the eagerly-anticipated follow up to their 2013 is on its way. The new shows will at intimate venues so that only the people who "really want to be there... or need to be there in extreme cases" can obtain the tickets.
Last year, The 1975 were named the Hardest Working Band by Songkick.
Tickets for the new tour are available in a fan presale at 9am on 4 June, and general sale 24 hours later.
