Tegan & Sara featured in an episode of 'Glee'

Tegan & Sara’s latest album Heartthrob is one of the most irresistible electro-pop records of the year. It was only natural, then, that they should be featured in an episode of Glee.

The record’s standout anthem, ‘Closer’ was covered by the cast of the musical TV sitcom last week – the performance of which you can watch below.

The sisterly duo are said to have been delighted with the rendition, telling MTV that the show features “so many awesome, fringe, alternative, amazing characters that I think represent so many of the people that actually listen to our music as well, so, we’re thrilled.”
