Tegan and Sara's High School series to get world premiere at Toronto International Film Festival
Tegan and Sara's High School series, based on their 2019 memoir of the same name, will get its world premiere at Toronto International Film Festival 2022.
Tegan and Sara's High School memoir was picked up by IMDb TV in May 2021 to be adapted into an original series, and after revealing in March that twins Railey and Seazynn Gilliland would play Tegan and Sara in the series, Tegan and Sara have announced the world premiere for the series, which will take place at Toronto International Film Festival.
On Twitter, they wrote, "Excited to announce the world premiere of High School (based on our memoir) will be #TIFF22. Started the pitch process with Clea DuVall in 2019. Can't believe it's finally coming out. So surreal. It stars newcomers Railey + Seazynn Gilliland as T&S."
