Taylor Swift re-records "Christmas Tree Farm" with 70-piece orchestra
Taylor Swift has surprised fans with a re-recorded version of her 2019 Christmas song "Christmas Tree Farm", which includes contributions from a 70-piece orchestra.
After releasing the re-recorded version of Red earlier this month and gifting fans with a "sadder" version of the 10-minute album closer "All Too Well" last week, Swift has delivered another re-recording, this time of her 2019 festive song "Christmas `Tree Farm".
The new, "Old Timey Version" of "Christmas Tree Farm" has been released exclusively on Amazon Music today (22 November) and was recorded at the iconic Abbey Road Studios in London with a 70-piece orchestra.
Speaking about the re-recorded version on Good Morning America, Swift said, "This new version is amazing because it feels like it's that more, sort of laid back Christmas feel of doing all your shopping, and relaxing by the fire. It's definitely a little bit more of that old school Christmas song feel."
