Tasha returns with new cut "Lake Superior"
Chicago's Tasha is back with new single "Lake Superior", her first new material since March's "Would You Mind Please Pulling Me Close?”.
"Lake Superior", Tasha's second new single of 2021, is teamed with a video directed by Ashley Guerrero and Tasha, which was shot at Lake Superior.
Tasha says of the new release, "I think this song is my way of being there for my mom and telling her I'm there for her, even if it's a few years too late."
As well as releasing "Lake Superior" and "Would You Mind Please Pulling Me Close?" this year, Tasha contributed a cover of Esther Rose's "Are You Out There" to last month's How Many More Times EP.
She's yet to follow up her 2018 debut album Alone At Last.
