Tanya Tagaq has delivered new song "Colonizer" as a second preview of her first album in five years, Tongues.
After announcing the album with the title-track in September, the 2014 Polaris Music Prize winner has returned with a second single from the record titled "Colonizer".
On top of unveiling the vicious track "Colonizer", Tagaq has released the Tundra Mix of the same song.
Tongues will be Tagaq's first album in five years after 2016's Retribution, and is produced by Saul Williams and mixed by Gonjasufi.
Back in 2019 she released her Toothsayer EP.
"COlonizer" is out now. Tanya Tagaq's Tongues album will follow on 11 March 2022 via Six Shooter Records.
