T Truman previews debut EP with third single "Loretta"
T Truman, the solo project of The Vaccines' Timothy Lanham, has released new track "Loretta" as the third taster of his forthcoming debut EP Born To Be Right.
"Loretta" is the third song to be shared from Born To Be Right, after last month's "Rock 'n' Roll" and his June debut single "Holiday".
T Truman says of the new single, "I came up with the riff on a tiny keyboard in a hotel room in five minutes. It then took me over three months to come up with lyrics and a chorus that complemented it. "Loretta" should be my entry to urban dictionary as a term used for somebody who doesn't reciprocate."
Born To Be Right is co-written and co-produced by friend and collaborator Geoff Roberts.
As well as launching his T Truman project, Lanham recently reunited with The Vaccines' Justin Young to release their new Halloweens EP Maserati Anxiety Designed.
