Grammy-nominated electro-poppers Sylvan Esso drop surprise single "PARAD(w/m)E"
Stepping away from their signature tectonic basslines for a moment, Grammy-nominated electro-pop duo Sylvan Esso try something a little lighter on for size on surprise single "PARAD(w/m)E".
"PARAD(w/m)E" [Parade With Me] is the pair's first new release since acclaimed sophomore album What Now. Accompanied by a lyric video comprised of various clips of what appears to be home footage, it's a light, bright cut that marries frontwoman Amelia Meath's meticulous vocals with producer Nick Sanborn's eclectic beats.
Check out the lyric video below:
One YouTube commenter says they're "bringing heat for the winter", while another calls it "SO KNIFEY", and someone else claims it has "cleared my acne and restored my dark soul." While we can't verify the latter claim, the others are certainly on the money.
