Surfbort celebrate spooky season with new single "Happy Happy Halloween"
Surfbort have followed up their recent album Keep On Truckin' with a celebratory tune about ghouls and ghosts titled "Happy Happy Halloween".
Keep On Truckin' was released by the Brooklyn punks earlier this month, and today (21 October) they're celebrating spooky season with a punchy new cut titled "Happy Happy Halloween".
Lead vocalist Dani Miller says of the song, "Halloween is our favorite holiday and we celebrate it everyday so we wanted to make an extra spooky song to celebrate the ghouls and ghosts."
According to a press release, Surfbort were originally planning to record a cover to mark the holiday, but their manager and album producer Linda Perry presented a different idea, "Linda just started playing spooky Dracula noises on the keys and the rest is history," Miller adds. ""Happy Happy Halloween"."
