"Summer's gonna be lit": Normani gives update on debut album release
Normani gave an update on her debut album at the 2021 Soul Train Awards that aired last night (28 November), hinting that next "Summer's gonna be lit".
After Kaytranada remixed Normani's most recent single "Wild Side" earlier this month, Normani has given fans an update on her highly-anticipated debut album, hinting that it could be arriving in summer 2022.
While speaking to Entertainment Tonight at the 2021 Soul Train Awards that aired last night (28 November), Normani was asked what she wanted to tell fans that were askinng about her debut album, to which she responded, "I wanna tell you that summer is gonna be lit. Yes, the summer's gonna be lit."
Asked if she's "gearing up" and doing rehearsals, Normani replied, "We're doing everything, we're doing it all. I'm ready to perform, I miss performing."
