Sufjan Stevens unveils "IV" piece from The Decalogue

Sufjan Stevens has shared new piece "IV" from his The Decalogue score for Justin Peck’s ballet of the same name.
Having shared the lead piece "III" last month, Sufjan Stevens has followed it up with the next piece "IV", which is also performed by pianist Timo Andres.
The score was premiered in 2017 during the New York City Ballet season, and marks the fifth collaboration between Stevens and NYCB Resident Choreographer Justin Peck.
Sufjan Stevens and Peck's The Decalogue follows on from their previous collaborations including 2012’s Year of the Rabbit, 2014’s Everywhere We Go, 2016’s The Countenance of Kings. and most recently, 2019’s Principia.
"IV" is out now. Sufjan Stevens' score for The Decalogue will be released 18 October via AKR, and is available to pre-order now.
