Stream DNKL's new track "Wolfhour" exclusively on Best Fit
Swedish noir-pop threesome DNKL have revealed the title track from their Wolfhour EP, out today (17 November) on Sugarcane.
Like prior cuts "Hunt" and "Battles", DNKL drape sleek midnight gloss over an '80s dance frame. On "Wolfhour", the band almost hint towards the epic production and larger-than-life sci-fi of M83. The result is something dark, agitating even, but that'll ultimately infect your extremities and make you move.
Speaking about the EP, the band have said:
"The last year has been amazing for us. It is an incredible feeling when the music we have been putting our hearts into finally surfaces and people outside of our tiny basement studio get to hear our songs. For us the release of this EP, and these 4 tracks, represents the end of the first chapter for DNKL and the start of something even more exciting.”
