"Feds" mistake Stormzy for a burglar, kick down his front door in the middle of the night
Stormzy's had a pretty massive couple of weeks since he announce debut LP Gang Signs & Prayer, but last night seems like it was a bit of a downer.
The "Big For Your Boots" MC was rudely awakened by "Feds destroying my front door" who for some reason thought he was a burglar "who burgles his own home". Sounds like he'll be billing them for the damage.
Woke up to Feds destroying my front door coz apparently I'm a burglar who burgles his own home. @metpoliceuk need your bank details still pic.twitter.com/fGH1fsePHv

The Metropolitan Police have so far refused to comment on the snafu.
The London star, real name Michael Omari, recently detailed his long-awaited first record, revealing guests Kehlani, MNEK, Raleigh Ritchie, J Hus, Wretch 21, and Ghetts. The album features production from Fraser T. Smith (Kano, Adele, Sam Smith).
"This is the moment that I have been waiting for my whole life," says Stormzy of Gang Signs & Prayer. "I am now ready to certify my position as a credible artist and someone who is here for the long run."
Stormzy's debut LP has been in the works for a while (we can't wait). Last year he told i-D that we "will hear Stormzy the son, the boyfriend, the brother, the bredrin, all of it. I will give you a moment in time in music."
