
Stevie Wonder reveals he's getting a kidney transplant in September
During his set in London's Hyde Park on Saturday (6 July), Stevie Wonder revealed he'll be taking some time off to get a kidney transplant.
Stevie Wonder performed in London's Hyde Park on Saturday night (6 July) as part of Barclaycard's British Summer Time show series.
During his set, Wonder took some time to announce that he's due to get a kidney transplant this September, "So, what's gonna happen is this. I'm going to have surgery. I'm going to have a kidney transplant in September of this year. I'm all good, I'm all good, I'm all good. I have a donor it's all good. I want you to know I came here to give you my love, and to thank you for your love. You ain't gotta hear no rumours about anything I told you what's up."
