Spotify have revealed they are to partner with Volvo for an in-car music streaming service.
The company, who recently announced that they’ll livestream their upcoming SXSW showcase, are also set to team up with car manufacturer Ford on a similar product.
The Ford Sync AppLink system will launch in the U.S during the coming weeks, before expanding to Europe next year.
Volvo’s inequivalent, on the other hand, will be called the Sensus Connected Touch and will be in-dashboard and voice-activated.
Spotify recently entered into talks with several major labels on how to reduce royalties and boost profitability.
