Despite being on their biggest UK headline tour to date, Sports Team are back with new single "The Races".
"The Races" is the first new single from the group since releasing "Fishing" in September.
Vocalist Alex Rice says of the new track, "Oli came in one morning with the opening bass idea and we’d finished the song in a morning. It was unusually easy. It’s a lot of fun to play."
Sports Team's new single is the second track to be shared from their forthcoming debut album that's yet to be announced.
Yesterday (18 November), the band was confirmed as a new addition for next year's Mad Cool Festival lineup.
"The Races" is out now. Sports Team will play London's O2 Forum Kentish Town on 5 December. Find out more.
