Spoon tease new record on Matador, share new single "I Ain't The One"
Spoon are on the verge of returning - they've got a new song called "I Ain't The One" and seem to have re-signed to Matador.
The song's official debut took place during the credits for Sunday's episode of the US remake of Shameless. Spoon have played the song live before, but this is the first peek at a polished edition.
Just yesterday Spoon teased their follow up to 2014's They Want My Soul by updating their socials and sharing what seems to be new artwork:

Interestingly, Matador Records - who Spoon haven't been signed to in almost 20 years - also shared the image. If Spoon do release their next record through Matador, it'll be their first release on the label since 1997's Soft Effects EP.
