After much speculation, Spoon have confirmed they will release a new album this summer.
Entitled They Want My Soul, the LP will drop on 5 August via Loma Vista. The follow-up to 2010′s Transference, frontman Britt Daniel recently described the new album to SPIN as “slightly more soul than the last record”, as well as “slightly more R&B”.
