Having recently reissued its official movie soundtrack earlier this year, Spinal Tap creator Christopher Guest has revealed that the fictional group could tour during the next year.
Speaking to the Observer, Guest confirmed that they “get asked to do shows on a regular basis” and without revealing any firm plans, said that “what I will say is that we’re in the midst of talking about something for next year.”
The pseudo-heavy metal outfit, the eponymous band in 1984 mockumentary This Is Spinal Tap, last played live at Glastonbury 2009.
