Speedy Ortiz have revealed they’ve parted ways with guitarist Matt Robidoux, with frontwoman Sadie Dupuis confirming the news on Twitter.
Dupuis took to the social networking site yesterday to address Robidoux’s “indefinite hiatus” after three years with the band. Devin McKnight of Boston-based outfit Grass Is Green will fill in for Speedy Ortiz’s upcoming live dates, while Robidoux will continue work with his other band Pony Bones.
Speedy Ortiz released their second album Major Arcana via Carpark last year.
