Sony remove Death Grips' album from their own Youtube account
Following much furore surrounding the band leaking their own album last year, Sony have now decided to remove videos of Death Grips’ album tracks from the hip-hop duo’s own Youtube page.
The Sacramento outfit were dropped by their label Epic Records a few months back after the aforementioned incident regarding their No Love Deep Web LP, but now its parent company Sony Music Entertainment have sought to take belated further action.
The entire album had previously been uploaded by the band themselves onto the video streaming site, but now Sony have made sure they’ve been removed due to supposed copyright infringement.
You can check out a screenshot of the Youtube removal below. Sony has also removed the tracks from Archive.org.
