Sons of Kemet to close "this chapter of the band’s life" after 2022 shows
Sons of Kemet have announced that they'll be "closing this chapter of the band's life for the foreseeable future" after their scheduled 2022 shows.
Last night (1 June) on socials, Sons of Kemet shared a statement about the band's future, announcing that their scheduled 2022 shows will be "the last chance to see us in the form you've grown accustomed."
The group's statement continued, "After 10 years we have decided that from the end of our scheduled 2022 shows we will be closing this chapter of the band’s life for the foreseeable future. We’re excited to play our remaining gigs for you and to make this summer a fitting send off."
