Sondre Lerche has unveiled his annual festive pop cover
Sondre Lerche's annual pop cover has arrived - has he tackled the record-toppling "Despacito"? Maybe Dua Lipa's breakout banger "New Rules"?
Nope - the Norwegian singer/songwriter has added his signature charm to Selena Gomez's Talking Heads-sampling charmer "Bad Liar":
Sondre Lerche's version was recorded just days ago in Bergen with Matias Tellez (Young Dreams), and it follows last year's rendition of Ariana Grande hit "Into You". In recent years he's also taken on songs by Sia and Drake.
"It's been a crazy year. Thanks for being there," writes the musician on Soundcloud. "Please enjoy your 2017 holiday present now... it is produced, arranged, mixed by Matias Tellez. Btw, check out Matias' beautiful new Young Dreams album that comes out 12 January. I'll be laying low most of 2018, come find me! It's been a pleasure. Much love to you and yours."
