Soccer Mommy, SHOPPING, and CHILDCARE among 350 new acts for SXSW 2020
SXSW has announced its biggest wave of new names for the festival to date, with Soccer Mommy, SHOPPING, and CHILDCARE among the 354 new names added to the 2020 lineup.
Other names added today include Baba Ali, Beach Slang, Boniface, Caroline Rose, Christian Lee Hutson, Crows, False Heads, Frisco, Honey Harper, Hotel Lux, Kevin Krauter, Knucks, Magdalena Bay, Nadia Reid, Naya Ali, Ratboys, Sega Bodega, Summer Heart, Triptides, and hundreds of others.
The new names will join the likes of Arlo Parks, Frances Quinlan, Sorry, Beabadoobee, The Murder Capital, Common Holly, Porridge Radio, Dry Cleaning, Black Country, New Road, Buzzard Buzzard Buzzard, Shay Lia, ShitKid, Squirrel Flower, Steam Down, and more at the festival in Austin Texas.

In September 2019, Kim Gordon, Nile Rodgers, and more were announced as speakers for the 2020 SXSW Conference. Yesterday (13 January), the festival confirmed that Diplo will be giving a Music Keynote.
