Snoop Dogg shares heartfelt tributes following death of mother Beverly Tate
Snoop Dogg has revealed that his mother Beverly Tate has died in a series of tribute posts on social media.
Beverly Tate, Snoop Dogg's mother, author and evangelist died aged 70, and was confirmed by Snoop Dogg's father Vernell Varnado on Instagram yesterday (24 October), who wrote, "Snoops mom has passed today can all my fans pray for our family we need it more than ever Thanxs."

The legendary rapper also paid tribute to his late mother on Instagram with numerous posts, the first reading: "Mama thank u for having me" - a reference to his 2018 Mother's Day release "Thank You For Having Me".
