Snoop Dogg confirms BTS collaboration is in the works
New FaZe Clan member and hip hop legend Snoop Dogg has confirmed that a collaboration with BTS is in the works.
According to The A.V. Club, Snoop Dogg first discussed the possibility of working with BTS on a song on the Mogul Talk podcast in January, and told the hosts that he needed to see if he "got time to do that shit."
Earlier this week at the American Song Contest red carpet, Snoop Dogg gave an update to The A.V. Club, saying, "The BTS experience you keep talking about. I’m going to let them tell you about it. It’s official like a referee with a whistle. I love that entertainment world. It’s good music. It’s [a] vibe. I make good music. They make good music. And we end up doing this. This is what it’s always about, bringing our worlds together."
It won't be the first time Snoop Dogg has worked with K-pop artists, as he previously collaborated with Girls' Generation on "The Boys".
Earlier this month Snoop Dogg was announced as the newest FaZe Clan member, and is due to become a director when the esports organisation becomes a publicly traded company this year. Last month Snoop Dogg became the new owner of Death Row Records.
