SLØTFACE, AJ Tracey, and Novelist among new names for Latitude Festival
SLØTFACE, AJ Tracey, and Novelist are just a few of the latest names confirmed to be joining the Latitude Festival lineup.
Public Service Broadcasting, DJ Semtex, Dead Pretties, Saint Motel, Bessie Turner, Rad Pitt, Chagall, and more are also added to the music lineup.
Latitude have also confirmed film, debate, and lecture bills, with Whitney Houston's Can I Be Me documentary and Placebo's Alt.Russia tour flick among the screenings taking place.
"I am delighted to present our Wellcome Trust programme at Latitude 2017," says Tania Harrison, the festival's Arts Curator. "In the past four years we have worked to bring the most rigorous, engaging discussion and research to our audience. My theme for the festival this year is Come The Revolution, and in the Wellcome Trust programme I have invited scientists, speakers, and artists to present discussions and shows that explore the revolutions taking place across scientific disciplines: the breakthroughs in neuroscience that will change our health, wellbeing and technologies. This is reflected in a programme that extends from the Wellcome Trust Arena and literary speakers, to theatre, film, music and pop-up experiences and testing across the site."
