Slowcoaches rage against abusive behaviour at End Of The Road
Slowcoaches wasted no time making their voices heard as they opened this year's End Of The Road Festival.
Winners of End Of The Road’s unsigned band competition, the Leeds via Nottingham outfit wore their hearts on their sleeves. Pent up aggression unleashed in storming refrains, their energy kicked the festival into full swing with ease.
Performing a song about Cabbage (a band who recently shot into the limelight follow accusations of assault against their frontman during a Kasabian support slot), the trio made everything they could out of their time on stage. Rocking out to the frenetic action before them, there wasn't a member of the crowd who wasn't behind the sentiments they offered.
Debuting new material alongside the favourites that won them their appearance on the stage, before frontwoman Heather Perkins dove down onto the stage front, legs kicking in the air, during their final song, Slowcoaches arrived to make their mark - and that's exactly what they did.
