Slow Club to perform at St Pancras station as part of a series of intimate events
Courtesy of Sound Connections, passengers travelling through St. Pancras station on Wednesday and Thursday evenings will be treated to intimate live performances.
The likes of Slow Club, Eliza And The Bear, and Get Inuit are set to perform as part of these events.
“We’re really pleased with the debut Sound Connections line up," said Wendy Spinks, Commercial Director at HS1 Ltd (owners of St. Pancras International). "We have close links to music and the arts at the station, from the poet Sir John Betjeman fighting to save the building from demolition, right through to the pianos we provide for people to play as they pass through... we wanted to create a music programme that not only filled the station with great acts, but also had an affiliation with our passengers and where they’ve travelled from or to.”
