Sleaford Mods have delivered a recorded cover of Yazoo's "Don't Go" after performing it live on numerous occasions.
Jason Williamson and Andrew Fearn's cover of Yazoo's 1982 track "Don't Go" has dropped today (17 December) as a gift for fans during the festive season, after adding the cover to their live set this year.
Sleaford Mods' version of the synthpop classic sees Jason Williamson take on the role of vocalist Alison Moyet, and somehow the duo make "Don't Go" sound like a grungy punk cut.
The duo's cover marks their first outing since Jason Williamson joined The Bug on "Treetop" and "Stoat" last month.
Sleaford Mods' cover of Yazoo's "Don't Go" is out now.
