Sivu releases new four-track EP This Unfruitful Love
Singer/songwriter Sivu is back with a new EP titled This Unfruitful Love, his first new music since last year's sophomore LP Sweet Sweet Silent.
The EP, alongside Sivu's second full-length, were formed during a period of personal tumult: chiefly Sivu's diagnosis with Ménière’s disease, a condition which affects the inner ear and causes deafness, tinnitus, vertigo attacks, and more.
Charlie Andrews (Marika Hackman, alt-J) is on production duties, with inspiration coming from albums by Radiohead, Richard Hawley, and the recently departed Wild Beasts. Sivu dives deep into life's tragic certainties on the short-player - that is, he sings of death, doubt, deterioration, and dgetting older.
