Simple Things Festival adds Slime, Lee Scratch Perry, Spectres, and more
Lee Scratch Perry, Spectres, and Slime have all joined the lineup for Bristol's Simple Things festival.
Other names added include Ruff Sqwad & J-Cush, Mild High Club, Sex Swing, Hodge, Tessela, Eric Duncan, Darwin, Giant Swan, and The Blast DJs.
Last week, the festival revealed that cult post-punks Maximum Joy would be reforming to play their first show in 25 years.
The join the likes of Battles, Wire, Speedy Ortiz, Holly Herndon, HEALTH, Skepta & JME, and Godspeed You! Black Emperor at the at the multi-venue festival.
The event takes place 24 October in various city centre venues in Bristol, including Colston Hall, The Lantern, Lakota, Coroner's Court, the O2 Academy and the Firestation. The opening night party will see Godspeed grace Colston Hall's stage on 23 October.
