Sia shows support for Scooter Braun amid Taylor Swift feud
Sia has shared a tweet supporting Scooter Braun after Taylor Swift called him out for "manipulative bullying" on a Tumblr post.
Earlier this week Scooter Braun was revealed to have acquired Big Machine Records, the label that holds the masters of Taylor Swift's first six albums.
Swift shared her thoughts about Braun in a Tumblr post, writing, "I learned about Scooter Braun’s purchase of my masters as it was announced to the world. All I could think about was the incessant, manipulative bullying I’ve received at his hands for years."
She added, "Now Scooter has stripped me of my life’s work, that I wasn’t given an opportunity to buy. Essentially, my musical legacy is about to lie in the hands of someone who tried to dismantle it.
Justin Bieber came forward in support of Braun on Instagram, alongside Braun's wife, Yael Braun.
Now Sia has shown her support towards Braun too, writing on Twitter, "You're a good kind man Scooter Braun I hope this passes quickly. I love you keep going."

I love you keep going.
Big Machine Records' CEO Scott Borchetta also shared details of the situation on the label's site, writing, "As to her comments about "being in tears or close to it" anytime my new partner Scooter Braun’s name was brought up, I certainly never experienced that. Was I aware of some prior issues between Taylor and Justin Bieber? Yes. But there were also times where Taylor knew that I was close to Scooter and that Scooter was a very good source of information for upcoming album releases, tours, etc, and I’d reach out to him for information on our behalf. Scooter was never anything but positive about Taylor."
