Shura reworks "Baboo" by 4AD's Pixx
Best Fit fav Shura has applied her magic touch to the already-ace "Baboo" by Pixx, and the results are astonishing.
The edit is the latest from Shu: “I feel like this remix is an extension of my Space Tapes – the idea of taking a track and making it sound as if it had been made on the moon. I’m a big fan of Pixx so it was really exciting to be able to play around with these stems and travel to a different universe with them.”
Shura's been busy over here at Best Fit recently - she interviewed Tegan & Sara, answered a few questions for us, then sat down for a chat about video games. She also recently released Nothing's Real, her wonderful first album.
Pixx is currently working on her debut album, and will be supporting Glass Animals on their upcoming UK dates.
