Shura announced as new workshop host for Saffron's 7 Days of Sound event
Saffron's 7 Days of Sound online workshop event takes place later this month, and Shura has joined the lineup as a workshop host.
7 Days of Sound is a week-long digital event consisting of online workshops to "empower and inspire women and non-binary people in music tech."
Yesterday (6 January), Saffron announced some new workshop hosts joining the lineup, including Shura, Eki Sola, Afrodeutsche, producer/mixer/recording engineer Marta Salogni and mastering engineer Katie Tavini.
Shura will give a Mixing Masterclass with Marta Salogni via Zoom on 24 January, and will see them walk through the mixing session of Shura's "BKLYNLDN" track.
Bishi, who is also on the 7 Days of Sound lineup, will kick off the week-long event by hosting a workshop called Starting From Scratch. Other workshops include a Score Dissect class from Anna Meredith and Homay Schmitz, an Emotional Landscapes (Experimental production approaches) workshop with Alev Lenz, and a mastering workshop with Katie Tavini.
The countdown begins for 7 Days of Sound!
